The Seattle Mariners are looking to bounce back from a tough loss on Monday night when they take on the Los Angeles Angels for Game 2 of their series.

The Mariners have ace Luis Castillo on the mound in this game, and he pitched six innings of one-hit ball in a win to start the season.

He will take on Los Angeles’ Jose Suarez, who is making his first appearance of the season.

Here are the latest odds and my best bet for this matchup:

Angels vs. Mariners prediction and pick

The Angels have struggled to score in the first inning this season, and that’s going to continue when they take on an ace like Castillo tonight.

However, I think there is value in taking the NRFI (No Run First Inning) since Los Angeles’ starter Jose Suarez had a 1.80 ERA in the first inning last season.

I’m a huge fan of betting on the NRFI when there are solid starters on the mound, and the Mariners have only scored 12 total runs all season long.

At -135 there’s value in betting on a clean six outs to start the game.

Pick: NRFI (-135)
