Seattle Mariners 2015 Promotional Schedule
The 2015 season is almost here. Tickets are on sale now. Trying to decide when to get down to the ballpark? Well, don’t wait too long to decide on some of these promotional nights, tickets are sure to go fast.
Let’s take a look at some of the more sought-after promotions for 2015. For a list of all of this year’s promotional giveaways, click the link here.
Friday April 17: Mariners Beard Hat Night
The popular beard hat is back. After going with a classic looking brown beard in 2013, the Mariners went old school with the colors in 2014. This year, the M’s are going with a blue beard.
And, as with the previous two beards, Tom Wilhelmsen was at FanFest to preview the look for fans.
The first 20,000 fans through the gates that night to see the Texas Rangers will get this year’s hat.
Saturday April 18: Felix Hernandez Bobblehead Night
The next night, the first 20,000 fans will receive this year’s Felix Hernandez bobblehead. This year, it is the King Felix bobblehead as shown below at FanFest.
Saturday May 9: Fernando Rodney Bobblehead Night
When the Oakland Athletics come to town in early May, check the skies for falling arrows as the first 20,000 fans will receive the brand new Fernando Rodney bobblehead.
Saturday May 16: Turn Back the Clock, Negro League Night
This one I am personally really excited about. The first 20,000 fans will receive a Seattle Steelheads hat as the Mariners turn back the clock and honor the former Negro Leagues club.
For those unfamiliar, the Steelheads played in Seattle in 1946 and only for that season. In fact, the entire League (West Coast Negro Baseball League) folded a month into the season.
The Mariners have previously honored the Steelheads, when the club wore replica jerseys in a game against Kansas City back in 1995.

Saturday June 6: Ack Attack Express Train Night
The latest in the continued series of train cars, the Ack Attack Express Train pulls into the station at Safeco Field the first Saturday in June as the Tampa Rays come to town.
The first 20,000 fans receive the locomotion. Verdict is out on whether or not Ackley will still be on the team in June.
Saturday August 8: Jaime Moyer Hall of Fame Bobblehead
Last but not least, Jaime Moyer will be inducted into the Mariners Hall of Fame prior to the Mariners Aug 8th game against the Rangers.
The first 20,000 fans will also receive the Jaime Moyer HoF bobblehead.
