It’s that time of the year again. Thanksgiving is over, you have all come out of your turkey and cranberry induced comas and now it is time to fight the traffic (and the other shoppers) to save 50% off a 6-pack of socks.

It’s Black Friday. The magical day where retailers around the country start making a profit for the year, moving their ledgers into the ‘black’, hence the name Black Friday.

So in honor of this time-honored tradition of beating up a stranger in a Wal-Mart parking lot for a $10 Crock Pot, I thought I’d take a look at three free agents that the Mariners could go after that would improve this team at a bargain price (less than $6M/year for all three).

While I do believe that the Mariners should ultimately make a trade (or two) and sign at least one top free agent, these moves are also essential to building a successful club in 2015.

So grab a cup of Starbucks, put on your running shoes and grab your pepper spray. Let’s do some shopping
