Felix Hernandez Is The Mariners Nominee For Roberto Clemente Award
Felix Hernandez has been selected as the Mariners’ nominee for the 2014 Roberto Clemente Award. The award is given each year to the player who best exemplifies the game of baseball, community involvement and sportsmanship.
Each team nominates a player and the nominees are then voted on by fans and members of the media.
