Kyle Seager – Not

The Gold-Glove third baseman did not have a great week for the Mariners. Kyle Seager went 4 for 30 with 2 walks and 5 strikeouts. Seags has been hitting out of the number 2 spot in the Mariners’ lineup, and thus far, the results have been uninspiring.

Seager is having a decent season in 2015, but his numbers are not on par with his breakout campaign last year. The 27-year-old is hitting .266 with 15 home runs and 43 RBI’s. Those numbers are respectable, but they fall well short of what fans were hoping for. Most disturbing has been his .195 average with runners in scoring position. Seager has taken a small step backwards in 2015, but his future remains very bright.
