Looking Ahead

The Mariners have not been playing well as of late, and they find themselves tied for 3rd place in the American League West. Seattle has now lost 4 in a row, and sit 8.0 games back of the division leading Houston Astros.

The Seattle Mariners (10-15) will take on the Los Angeles Angels (11-14) on Monday night in Anaheim. First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 pm at Angel Stadium. Felix Hernandez (4-0, 1.82 ERA) will try to get the M’s their first win of May tomorrow night. Crafty right-hander Matt Shoemaker (2-1, 6.00 ERA) will be on the hill in the opener for the Angels.
