Looking Forward

The Mariners are currently tied with the Los Angeles Angels for 2nd place in the American league West after tonight’s win against the Rangers. Seattle is just 3.5 games back of the division leading Houston Astros.

The Seattle Mariners (9-11) will go for their first sweep of the season tomorrow night against the Texas Rangers (7-13) in Arlington. First pitch is scheduled for 5:05 pm PT Wednesday from Globe Life Park. Felix Hernandez (3-0, 1.61 ERA) will get the ball for the Mariners in the series finale. Veteran southpaw Wandy Rodriguez (0-0, 1.80 ERA) will toe the rubber for the Rangers tomorrow night.
