The ones that I nailed (0 to +/-4)

Texas (0): They actually lost one more game than I predicted, but that was the playoff game to determine the 2nd wild-card. I don’t count that.

Detroit (-2): They won two fewer games than I thought they would. And before the season, I was tossing around the idea of giving them 100 wins. Good thing I didn’t.

Cincinnati (-2): The Reds only finished two games off the pace I set for them. But I had them winning the division with that record, they finished 3rd.

Chicago Cubs (-2): The Cubs are who we thought they were…..and I didn’t let them off the hook. One of these days, the Cubs will win the World Series. I don’t think the world will end before that happens.

Atlanta (+3): People laughed when I said the Braves would win the NL East. They not only won the East, they did it with three more wins than I thought. AND they only were out of first place for one day….the 3rd game of the season.

San Diego (+4): The Padres were only slightly better than I gave them credit for. Problem is, I pegged them to finish last in the NL West. They finished 3rd.
