Editorial Staff

Dan Hughes, editor

I am a very passionate baseball fan. I live in Salem, Oregon with my lovely wife and my two boys you see pictured with me at Safeco. I have been an aspiring sports writer for a decade, writing for various websites, newspapers and even starting my own monthly sports magazine (The Oregon Tailgater) which stayed afloat for almost two years.

Charlie Spencer-Davis, editor

Born and raised Seattlite in the neighborhood of Ballard. Attended St. Alphonsus middle school, Seattle Preparatory School for high school, and am currently a Junior at Boston College. If the Eagles are competing, I am rooting for them! I am a die-hard fan of all Seattle sports, but the Mariners always remain near and dear to my heart. Long Live the King!

Michael Monsen, Staff Writer

I am a first-year student at the University of Virginia, originally from the northwest Chicago suburbs. While a myriad of sports from hockey to soccer interest me, baseball and the Mariners will always be king. At some point after graduation, I hope to move out to the Pacific Northwest.

Mike McDonnell, Staff Writer

Chace Davy, Staff Writer

I've had a passion for sports since a young age, and has been writing about all things sports for the past four years. Living in the Pacific Northwest has given me a passion for the teams that call it home, and after I graduate from Central Washington University I hope to keep writing about my passion.

Jack Humphreys-Munden, Staff Writer

I was an all-state corner back for my high school and i played college baseball for a small community college in Montana. I love baseball and love football and one day hope to get into coaching.

Patrick Ringelstein, Staff Writer

David Hill, administrator

Dave was introduced to the game of baseball during the 1985 World Series, and still considers Dan Quisenberry his favorite player. This also explains his strange obsession with submarine pitchers. Living in the Boston area, Dave is that lone beacon of powder blue in the heart of Red Sox nation. His musings on the Royals game, and life in general, can be found on Twitter through @m1sterdave, and he can be reached via e-mail at [email protected]

About FanSided

FanSided was born in 2007, when two brothers felt that their favorite team, the Kansas City Chiefs, was being under-covered by the mainstream media. Taking matters into their own hands, they launched Arrowhead Addict, a move that would spawn a network of over 290 fan-powered unique sports and entertainment sites dedicated to team-specific, sport-specific, genre-specific, and fanbase-specific coverage.

From sports, movies and TV to lifestyle and tech, FanSided has you covered.
