SodoMojo Writers Send Super Bowl Wishes To Seahawks

For the second time in as many seasons, the Seattle Seahawks are ending the season with a trip to the Super Bowl. We here at SodoMojo believe in the One City, One Seattle mantra and are behind the Seahawks all the way.

Let’s get things started with some well wishes to the Seahawks from some of our writers here at SodoMojo. First up, our newest writer Josh Sandaker.

Simple, but effective. Now, let’s check in with everyone’s favorite pot-stirrer, Mike McDonnell.

I expected something with a dozen expletives, but I’ll take it and give the censors the day off. We also heard from another of our newer writers, Chace Davy.

Yes we are. I don’t know if I’m more excited for this Super Bowl than I was last year or not. How about you 12’s? Which one are you more excited about and why?

Here’s another shout out to the Seahawks. This one is from writer Russell Hartness, rockin the new Sunday alternate Mariners jersey and a Seahawks lid.

Finally, there is myself. I couldn’t tweet out about the Super Bowl without making some reference to deflategate.

Now, you may be thinking to yourselves, “Where is co-editor Charlie Spencer-Davis?” Well, see therein lies the problem. Despite growing up in the Seattle area, Charlie is a Patriots fan. He swears it has nothing to do with the fact that he’s been going to Boston College the past few years.

So, Charlie and I are taking part in a little friendly wager. Similar to the one that former SodoMojo writer Matt Seto and I had during the World Series (Which he still hasn’t paid up on. Yeah, I’m calling you out).

Charlie is going with the Pats, ImIn with the Hawks. The loser, has to buy a new cap of the winning Super Bowl team and take a pic of them wearing it, making that pic their profile pic both on Facebook and on Twitter for a week.

Simple terms, no one gets hurt, no one loses a bunch of money. And, I don’t even have to buy a hat…because the Seahawks are gonna win!
