Former Mariners Who Should Be Our Next Manager

The search for the Mariners next manager began this week as GM Jack Zduriencik started what should be a round robin of interviews with potential candidates from around the MLB. Wednesday of this week, Zduriencik was in Arizona to interview Oakland Athletics current bench coach, Chip Hale. Hale has been one of the many names flowing through the rumor mill over the last couple of weeks for more than just the Mariners vacancy.

The Mariners are one of four teams still in search of a manager in this young offseason. Rather then trying to make sense of what bench coach, pitching coach, batting coach or former manager is the best fit for this club, I think it would be more entertaining to go through a list of what former Mariners would make the best coaches.
