    Rick is a knowledgeable writer and I respect his judgement. I agree we are on the cusp of improvement and I believe Fielder has too high a potential to become an albatross. Plus we have two potential 1B men in Carp and Smoak who I hope we don’t give up on at this point in time. Sign Pena or trade for Luke Scott or some such move but hang on to our young talent.
