It all depends on who the PTBNL is... we haven&#039;t actually talked about that and it&#039;s something I only started thinking about last night.

 

As for the cost of acquiring the prospects remember that it&#039;s all relative to the situation. Walker would have cost substantially more (most likely twice as much) had he been drafted just 15 picks previously. All because of &quot;suggested slotting.&quot;

 

Then you have to consider the International Free-Agency and the fact that anyone can negotiate with anyone. It drives up the price.

 

Though I always find it interesting (and oddly enjoyable) talking about cost effectiveness of acquiring specific talent..</description>

		<description>Not much there to argue with.  I find it interesting that #1 cost us $.8MM and #2 can cost us over $10MM.  That college education really helps I guess.  Are Carp and Wells no longer considered prospects?  Will you factor in the PTBN from Detroit when all is revealed?</description>
