People have been talking about how Johermyn Chavez is Wladimir Balentine 2.0. Honestly, if he gets that far. Maybe, they are slightly different. But, there was much more hype with Balentine.

The book is still not closed on Balentine just yet. He has an oppertunity to win a starting job in Cincinnati.

The differences (as I understand it) between Balentine and Chavez being that Chavez is seemingly the better overall hitter with Balentine having more power and seems as if the better fielder as well.
